Register protection principles

Persons handling the data in the register are under a non-disclosure agreement and inducted into using the register. The client register is placed and protected so that it is not accessible to unauthorised people.

Newsletter subscribers: The website collects email addresses for the purpose of sending the Henri Kemppainen newsletter. The register is stored in the MailChimp system, which is not accessible to outsiders. MailChimp has announced its commitment to develop its service so that it complies with the GDPR regulations. No manual register is held of the newsletter subscribers. The named persons using the MailChimp system take care of their user IDs and are under a non-disclosure agreement.
